Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.">
  • 5+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion HCM applications.">
  • Advanced proficiency in Java, ADF, BI Publisher, and other Oracle development tools.">
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.">
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.">
  • Project management experience is a plus.">
