Job Title: Full Stack Developer

Job Location: Remote

Role Overview:

As a Full Stack Developer at Tech Mahindra, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions tailored to meet the objectives of your pod. You will work closely with Technical Leads, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and other team members to deliver high-quality outputs, including UX enhancements, POCs, or customized demos. You should be proficient in modern programming languages, tools, frameworks, and have experience in AI/ML and cloud environments, working in an Agile setup.

Key Qualifications/Experience:

  • 5+ Years of Experience: 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on customized demo development integrating AI/ML technologies.
  • Backend Proficiency: Strong skills in .NET, Java, or Python for backend development, demonstrating a deep understanding of server-side programming.
  • Next-Gen Technologies: Experience with generative AI, machine learning, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to leverage cutting-edge technologies in demo development.
  • Integration Expertise: Ability to integrate multiple technologies and systems seamlessly to create comprehensive and functional demos.
  • Server-Side Development: Proficiency in Django, Flask, or Spring Boot for building scalable and efficient backend services.
  • API Development: Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development to create well-structured and secure APIs for connecting front-end applications to backend services.
  • Database Management: Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Firebase. Ability to design, optimize, and query database schemas effectively.
  • DevOps Practices: Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools like Docker, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, and Terraform to automate deployment, testing, and infrastructure management.
  • Security: Understanding of security best practices to ensure that demos are secure and compliant with relevant standards, including vulnerability assessment & penetration testing issue resolution, and implementation of encryption and authentication measures.
