Business Intelligence Visualization Lead

As a Business Intelligence Visualization Lead at PepsiCo, you will be responsible for designing, building, and implementing business intelligence solutions that provide data-driven insights to the business. Your goal will be to enable efficient and effective decision-making through the creation of compelling and user-centric BI / data visualization solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop BI / data visualization solutions, including dashboards and reports, to convey actionable insights and enable proactive decision-making by the business.
Maintain the performance of BI solutions, debug or enhance existing BI products, and conduct quality assurance on dashboards for accuracy and functionality.
Identify opportunities to apply data visualization solutions to solve complex business problems.
Partner with Data Engineers and Data Scientists to define data needs and requirements.
Ensure established visualization / BI standards and security protocols are followed.
Develop training materials and deliver training to end-users, encouraging digital adoption.
Provide thought leadership and promote data visualization best practices.
Make recommendations for BI tools based on latest trends and emerging technologies.
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
Strong quantitative background in data analysis and Data modeling to drive actionable insights.
Ability to present analytic results to technical and non-technical audiences through various visualization methods.
Experience with coding languages (in R, Python) and querying languages (SQL).
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to influence and demonstrate confidence in communications with senior level management.
Comfortable with change, especially that which arises through company initiatives.
Proactively drive impact and engagement while bringing others along.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new skills.
Working knowledge of agile development, including DevOps and DataOps concepts.
