Job Title: Content and Community Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Content and Community Associate.

  • This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team and contribute to building strong relationships with users, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for users, managing day-to-day communication and ensuring seamless interactions.
  • Scale daily active users on the app by leveraging user-generated matchmakers, content creators, and moderators, fostering a positive and interactive environment.
  • Implement strategies for the upskilling and monetization of matchmakers, content creators, and moderators to ensure their long-term engagement and success.
  • Work closely with the product team to launch and optimize new features focused on user engagement, retention, and monetization, driving growth and revenue.
  • Create and nurture micro-influencers within the FRND ecosystem to drive matchmaking, virtual gifting, and radio shows, expanding the platform's reach.
  • Stay up to date with new social media trends, insights, and best practices, utilizing this information to enhance engagement and grow the platform.
  • Manage and support different speaking communities to foster a positive and interactive environment, promoting user satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in operations, campaign, or community management in any of the Punjabi/Gujarati and Marathi speaking audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong understanding of Punjabi/Gujarati and Marathi culture and language, with proficiency in social media platforms and community management tools.
  • Proven ability to work with language-specific content/creators, with an understanding of regional and global content trends, staying up to date with industry developments.
  • Familiarity with app-based user engagement metrics and tools, as well as the ability to analyze data to drive decision-making, making informed decisions based on user behavior.
  • Demonstrated ability to take full ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion, working independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects and priorities, prioritizing tasks effectively and meeting deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities, thinking critically and creatively to address challenges.
