Job Title: Accountant

Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to provide administrative support to our Account Executives and Account Representatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have experience with marketing campaigns and customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and file sales-related documents, including proposals and reports.
  • Update internal databases with account information and coordinate meetings, calls, and demos for the Account Management team.
  • Conduct research on prospective clients and collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper pre-and post-sales service.
  • Communicate customer feedback to Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams and create detailed reports of campaign results.
  • Perform market and competitive research and help create promotional materials, such as presentations and videos.
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as an Account Coordinator, Sales Coordinator, or similar role.
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly in MS Office, and hands-on experience with CRM software.
  • Experience with marketing/advertising campaigns and organizational/time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills with a problem-solving attitude and a B.Sc in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
