Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources (HR) leader to join our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

  • Talent Acquisition & Retention:
    • Partner with leadership to forecast staffing needs and design recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
    • Improve onboarding processes for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Culture & Employee Experience:
    • Champion the company's mission and values by promoting a positive work environment and fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
    • Develop initiatives to improve employee engagement and recognition, including team-building activities and employee rewards programs.
  • HR Operations & Compliance:
    • Oversee core HR functions such as employee records and benefits administration to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
    • Handle employee relations with discretion and fairness, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Performance & Development:
    • Support managers in implementing performance management processes to evaluate employee performance and provide coaching and development opportunities.
    • Help design learning and development programs to upskill employees and enhance their knowledge and skills.
  • Strategic HR Initiatives:
    • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and provide insights to leadership to inform strategic decision-making.
    • Proactively identify HR-related issues and propose solutions to address them.
