We are looking for a highly skilled Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our team and ensure that our organization adheres to all regulatory and licensing requirements across PAN India stores.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of local, state, and federal regulations and be able to manage compliance activities effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage application processes for PAN India stores.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of all licenses, permits, and renewal requirements.
  • Monitor compliance with licensing conditions and address issues promptly.
  • Communicate compliance requirements to internal stakeholders.
  • Resolve compliance-related discrepancies or issues.

The estimated salary for this role is ₹9,50,000 - ₹14,00,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in license and permit management, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry.
  • Strong understanding of local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in work.
