Job Description">

Our organization's objectives include:

  • Developing and implementing site-specific admixture formulations to meet client performance requirements.
  • Conducting thorough testing of these formulations at project sites to ensure desired parameters are met.
  • Supporting the ASM/TSM in converting prospect business into valued customer relationships.

Technical Support:

  • Designing specialized concrete solutions, including self-compacting concrete, precast concrete, and mass concrete.
  • Providing technical assistance to customers before and after sales at project sites related to Admixtures products.
  • Collecting on-site samples for Admixture products to build customer confidence.

Market Development:

  • Establishing long-term relationships with key stakeholders through on-site support.
  • Building relationships with QA/QC In charges, Project Managers, and end-user clients to generate new business opportunities.

Market Intelligence:

  • Collecting and analyzing competition product samples to drive improvements in our offerings.
  • Assisting the Marketing function in conducting product trials and gathering market insights.
  • Identifying non-BPIL business stakeholders and implementing strategies to convert them to BPIL accounts through product demonstration initiatives.
  • Coordinating with the R&D function for new product development based on market trend feedback.
