We are seeking a seasoned data strategist to oversee the development of high-quality business intelligence reports and insights. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with effective leadership skills to drive accurate, timely, and actionable business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data analysts, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  • Assign tasks, monitor workloads, and ensure timely delivery of reporting projects.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment focused on continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts and liaise with stakeholders to understand priorities and reporting needs.
  • Oversee the development, automation, and maintenance of reports and dashboards using BI tools such as Excel, Power query, SQL, and Power BI.
  • Validate and ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data reported to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support strategic decision-making.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation, system enhancements, and data governance improvements.
  • Support strategy development aligned with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with IT and data teams on system upgrades, data integration, and reporting tool optimization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business Analytics, Statistics, Finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in MIS reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence roles.
  • Proven leadership or supervisory experience managing a team.
  • Expertise in BI/reporting tools (Advance Excel, SQL, Power BI etc.).
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and data visualization techniques.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
