Cloud Integration Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Integration Specialist to join our team.

  • This role involves developing and maintaining integration solutions using Java and Heroku.
  • The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Responsibilities include implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment processes.
  • Ongoing monitoring and optimization of application performance in a cloud environment is also a key aspect of this role.
  • The specialist will troubleshoot and resolve integration issues promptly, as well as create and maintain comprehensive documentation for integrations and deployed services.
  • Additionally, they will participate in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and enhancements in Java and cloud services is essential for this position.

Our Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
  • 4-7 years of experience in Java development and cloud integration, specifically with Heroku, is necessary.
  • Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services is also required.
  • Experience with database technologies like SQL and NoSQL is expected.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar is a must.
  • Understanding of microservices architecture and cloud computing concepts is essential.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are necessary for this role.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are also required.
