Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer with expertise in AWS and Terraform to manage and improve our cloud infrastructure. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building, deploying, and maintaining highly available, scalable, and secure cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS using Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application deployment and infrastructure updates.
  • Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to enhance deployment processes and environments.
  • Automate cloud infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and application deployments.
  • Monitor cloud environments for availability, performance, security, and cost optimization.
  • Ensure infrastructure is secure, resilient, and compliant with industry standards and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues in production and non-production environments.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior DevOps team members.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in cloud computing and DevOps practices.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
  • Proficiency with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, CloudFormation, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or CircleCI.
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation tasks.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Prometheus, ELK).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with DEEP (Data and Enterprise Engineering Platform) or similar platforms.
  • AWS Certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Solutions Architect).
  • Experience with serverless architecture and tools like AWS Lambda and Fargate.
  • Knowledge of security best practices and implementation in cloud infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
