What You'll Do

  • Operate independently to deliver high-quality work products that meet engagement expectations.
  • Perform multifaceted and complex tasks requiring independent judgment.
  • Apply Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices to ensure project success.
  • Demonstrate expertise in delivering solutions for complex engagements.
  • May act as functional team lead on projects.
  • Efficiently consult with management of customer organizations to drive project success.
  • Participate in business development activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Develop and configure detailed solutions for complex projects.

What You'll Need

To excel as a Functional Consultant:

  • You should possess sound domain knowledge in HCM covering the entire hire-to-retire cycle.
  • A minimum of 8-12 years of relevant experience in HCM Applications, including at least 3 end-to-end implementation experiences and experience in at least one project as a lead.
  • Expert knowledge in Core HR and at least two modules: Time and Labor, Absence Management, Payroll, Benefits, or Compensation.
  • Experience in client-facing roles, interacting with customers in requirement gathering workshops, design, configuration, testing, and go-live phases.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, teamwork, problem-solving, influencing, negotiating, organizational awareness, sensitivity, engagement delivery, continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and client management skills.
  • Good leadership capabilities with strong planning and follow-up skills, mentorship, work allocation, monitoring, and status updates to Project Managers.
  • Ability to assist in identifying, assessing, and resolving complex functional issues/problems and interact frequently with clients around specific work efforts/deliverables.
  • Openness to domestic or international travel for short and long durations.

To excel as a Technical Consultant:

  • You should have a minimum of 8-12 years of relevant experience in HCM Applications, including at least 3 end-to-end implementation experiences and experience in at least one project as a lead.
  • In-depth understanding of Data Model and Business Process functionality and data flow in HCM Cloud Application and Oracle EBS/PeopleSoft AU (HRMS).
  • Expert knowledge in Cloud HCM Conversions, integrations, reporting, and the capability to be a technical architect for multiple projects.
  • Strong experience with Fusion technologies, including HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher Reports.
  • Apart from the above experience, advanced knowledge in ADF, Java, PaaS, DBCS would be an added advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, teamwork, problem-solving, influencing, negotiating, organizational awareness, sensitivity, engagement delivery, continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and client management skills.
