Job Title: Compliance and Validation Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compliance and Validation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring that our systems and processes meet the highest standards of regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement compliance programs to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
  • Conduct risk assessments and validation activities to identify and mitigate potential risks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement system life cycle methodologies
  • Analyze and resolve validation issues and defects
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and industry best practices
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Strong knowledge of GxP, GDPR, FDA, 21 CFR Part 11, and GAMP 5 regulations
  • Hands-on experience in compliance and validation roles
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
