**Job Overview:** SRINAV INFO SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED seeks a seasoned SailPoint Developer to drive the build, implementation, and maintenance of SailPoint IIQ solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 4 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) implementation and development to join our growing identity and access management (IAM) initiatives.

The key responsibilities of this role include designing, developing, and implementing SailPoint IIQ solutions, leading or participating in end-to-end SailPoint IIQ implementations, and configuring and customizing SailPoint IIQ components. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SailPoint IIQ and a strong understanding of IAM concepts, as well as the ability to work with business stakeholders to define access processes and identity lifecycles. A solid grasp of Java, J2EE, Spring, or other MVC frameworks, and web services is required.

This position involves installing, configuring, and maintaining SailPoint IIQ environments, setting up and managing Segregation of Duties (SoD) and recertification processes, and implementing workflow rule-based provisioning solutions to meet complex business requirements. The successful candidate will be able to design and implement workflows, develop and customize SailPoint IIQ components and integrations, and provide technical support and troubleshooting for SailPoint IIQ issues.
