Indirect Tax Litigation Expert

Our team is seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Indirect Tax Litigation Expert. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of indirect tax laws and procedures, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.

  • Key Accountabilities:
  • Prepare and submit tax documents, respond to notices, and represent clients in appeals and hearings.
  • Assist clients in responding to department inquiries, investigations, and audits.
  • Meet with tax officers to discuss cases and provide updates.
  • Research and prepare tax appeals for filing at various levels.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent Communication and Drafting Skills: Ability to clearly articulate complex tax concepts and draft high-quality documents.
  • Strong Analytical and Researching Skills: Capacity to analyze data, identify trends, and develop effective solutions.
  • Proactive and Reliable: Self-motivated individual with a strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Education and Experience:
  • Law Graduate: Strong academic record and relevant experience in indirect tax law preferred.
  • Post-qualification Experience: 1-3 years of experience in indirect tax litigation or related field.
