Key Account Manager - Public Relations

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager with a passion for public relations to develop and execute strategic communication strategies.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop integrated communication plans tailored to key client needs, leveraging expertise in media relations and stakeholder engagement.
  • Nurture senior-level relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth and alignment.
  • Provide counsel to clients on positioning and branding, enhancing their competitive edge.
  • Strengthen brand awareness through showcasing the company's capabilities, talent, and achievements.
  • Manage media relations, crisis communication, and lead new business proposals, presentations, and pitch meetings.
  • Apply data-driven insights to optimize communication plans, driving actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact campaigns and achieve business objectives.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, English, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in public relations, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Strong media relations expertise with a proven track record of managing press coverage for consumer brands.
  • Experience in corporate image management, crisis communication, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  • Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in social media management and digital marketing.
  • Fluency in a second language.
  • Professional certifications in PR, such as CPRS or APR.
