About this role:

This position involves leading and delivering end-to-end agent use cases, working across functions, designing and implementing key system parts, collaborating with stakeholders, and acting as a dependable point of ownership for high-priority initiatives.

Key responsibilities include mentoring engineers, enabling high performance through clarity and trust, bringing structure and leadership to fast-moving work, and ensuring seamless integration of AI systems.

  • Requirements include 7+ years in engineering, data science, or ML roles with demonstrated end-to-end ownership, proven ability to own and deliver complex projects, clear communication skills, strong coding skills in Python, and excellent judgment and accountability.

The successful candidate will have experience in AI systems architecture, software development, and team leadership. They will be able to design, develop, and implement scalable AI solutions that meet business needs.

In this role, the individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth. They will be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve AI system performance, developing strategies to address technical challenges, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

We are looking for an experienced professional who can bring expertise in AI systems architecture, software development, and team leadership to this role. The ideal candidate will have a track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.

The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, able to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. They will be able to motivate and inspire team members, build strong relationships with colleagues and partners, and drive collaboration and innovation throughout the organization.
