Senior Security Leader - APAC

We are seeking a seasoned security professional to lead our APAC security operations. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in security operations or management roles, with a focus on the APAC region.

The successful applicant will be responsible for developing and implementing robust security policies, procedures, and protocols across the region. This includes monitoring security systems, conducting risk assessments, and providing training and resources to staff on security awareness and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies to mitigate threats and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
  • Lead incident response efforts and coordinate with law enforcement when necessary to minimize business disruption.
  • Collaborate with IT, legal, and business units to ensure seamless integration of security measures and maintain high levels of data confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging security threats and technologies to proactively address vulnerabilities and ensure our organization remains secure.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Strong understanding of security frameworks, risk management, and compliance regulations, including GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS.
  • Proven experience in incident response, threat hunting, and vulnerability management, with a strong track record of delivering security solutions and leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
