Job Title: Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the position of Full Stack Developer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing modern, scalable, and AI-powered applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Frontend Development: Build and maintain responsive, scalable React.js applications with TypeScript integration.
  • Backend Development: Design and implement REST APIs and microservices with Node.js and Express.
  • Other Contributions:
    • Optimize React build times and project structures.
    • Develop internal tools for progress tracking, scoring, and gamification (badges, leaderboards, completion steps).
    • Document logic, APIs, schemas, and workflows for smooth handovers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Frontend: Proficient in React.js, TypeScript, Tailwind, Framer Motion.
  • Backend: Experienced in Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB.
  • GenAI: Familiarity with API connections and limitations with Anthropic/OpenAI.
  • Other: REST APIs, Git, Docker (basic), cloud integrations.
