Job Title: Supplier Support AssociateJob DescriptionThe Supplier Support Associate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our supply chains by supporting the Supplier Support team. The primary responsibility involves collaborating with non-responsive suppliers to obtain crucial information and declarations.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to gather compliance information, assist with compliance requests, and confirm the quality of documents provided;
  • Work closely with top-tier suppliers as a valuable resource to help them respond to their compliance requests;
  • Provide exceptional customer service through email and chat support, focusing on delivering a positive experience while troubleshooting compliance requests;
  • Utilize a multi-channel approach to engage unresponsive suppliers, including supplier education and webinar invitations;
  • Support language requirements by assisting with internal translations, hosting webinars, and participating in prospect calls with the Sales team;
  • Collaborate with the Program Success team to strategize on the best approaches for new customers, client campaigns, and supplier issues;
  • Ensure Quality Assurance for compliance data provided by suppliers;
  • Act as a peer mentor to Supplier Support Agents as required.
Key Requirements & Responsibilities:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, primarily in English, with proficiency in additional languages required for certain supplier groups;A Bachelor's Degree or Higher Diploma from a recognized learning institution is necessary;1-2 years related work experience in administration, reporting, research, data analysis, supplier/customer support, or call centers is required;Solid time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively are essential;Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Applications is necessary;A solutions-first attitude and self-motivation to proactively engage with suppliers through multiple channels are critical;Establishing productive and stable working relationships internally and externally to support supplier needs is vital.Additional Information:We foster a culture of lifelong learning, offering professional development days from day one;Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion are at the heart of our organization, where all team members are valued, respected, and promoted based on merit.
