Product Implementation Manager
This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and a proven track record of successfully leading teams to deliver high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mentoring and Guiding: Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they are equipped to handle complex product implementation tasks.
- Portfolio Management: Oversee a large portfolio of key customer accounts, ensuring timely delivery of products and services.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to design optimal solutions that meet client business needs.
- Project Planning: Develop project plans, Business Requirements documents, and strategies for successful product implementation.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal resources to meet project timelines and deliver high-quality results.
- Quality Assurance: Participate in project planning activities, ensuring 100% quality on each delivery using standard testing methods.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in software industry.
- Certifications: PMP, ITIL certification preferred.
- Experience: 12+ years of experience, including 6+ years of consulting, customer delivery, and people management skills.
