Electrical Maintenance Expert Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Electrical Maintenance Head.

This leadership position requires an individual with a strong background in electrical engineering and at least 10 years of experience in maintenance planning, equipment strategy, condition monitoring, spare parts management, and training development.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be well-versed in industry standards and best practices, and possess the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Maintenance Planning & Scheduling: Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Equipment Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain equipment strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Condition Monitoring: Design and implement condition monitoring programs to identify potential issues before they occur, reducing maintenance costs and improving overall equipment efficiency.
  • Spare Parts Management: Manage spare parts inventory to ensure timely replacement of components, minimizing equipment downtime and optimizing operational efficiency.
  • Training Development: Develop and deliver training programs for maintenance personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge, improving overall equipment performance and reliability.

Beyond technical expertise, our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to build strong relationships with colleagues, vendors, and other stakeholders.
