At Tilda Research, we are seeking a skilled engineer to help build and scale our back-end infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deploy scalable microservices using containerization and Kubernetes
  • Optimize graph database queries and models in Neo4j
  • Develop efficient back-end services using Go and Python programming languages

Each candidate must have hands-on experience with coding exercises in either Go or Python.

The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in Go, Python, and proficiency with API development and testing (REST or GraphQL).

Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 years of experience working as a back-end developer in a product-based company
  • Masters degree or 5-10 years of relevant work experience
  • Programming experience with databases including Neo4j, MongoDB, SQL, etc.

Bonus points for familiarity with React.js or front-end collaboration, experience with CI/CD & GCP, and a mindset of ownership, speed, and high-quality delivery in a start-up setting.
