As a Scientific Writing Lead, you will be part of a technology-led healthcare solutions provider that is driven by its purpose to enable healthcare organizations to be future-ready.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-quality medical communications across various formats.
  • Stay up-to-date with assigned therapeutic areas and demonstrate expertise in pertinent disease states and clinical trials.
  • Conduct thorough medical reviews and data fact-checks on deliverables.
  • Perform literature searches and obtain copyright permissions for internal or external use.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to meet client business needs and align team capabilities accordingly.
  • Prepare training documents as needed.
  • Participate in routine client meetings and lead these meetings when necessary.

Requirements:

  • A postgraduate degree in Medicine (MBBS, MD, BDS, MDS, Doctorate) or Pharmacy qualification.
  • 4-12 years of experience in medical communication, scientific writing, content writing, medical review, or publication experience in the life sciences domain.

Skills:

  • Strong medical writing skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge about software platforms is preferred.
