Job Title: Marketing Storyteller

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented marketing storyteller to craft compelling visual narratives across digital and print platforms. As a key member of our creative team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity and ensuring design consistency across channels.

This role offers flexibility to work remotely or alongside our team at our office. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including landing pages, banners, email templates, infographics, and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design visually appealing landing pages, banners, and on-site creatives for website content.
  • Create engaging social media posts, stories, and ad creatives across platforms.
  • Develop high-quality infographics, headers, and supporting visuals for blog articles and long-form content.
  • Design mobile-friendly email templates and develop visually appealing presentations for pitch decks.
  • Edit videos for campaigns and create basic animations to enhance digital content.
  • Evaluate brand consistency and ensure a cohesive visual language across all marketing and communication channels.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing, creative agencies, or startups.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing digital, print, and motion design work.
  • Proficiency in Figma for day-to-day design work.
  • Experience with video editing and animation tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, Canva, or equivalents).
  • Awareness of digital marketing trends and platform-specific design best practices.
  • The ability to balance creativity with timelines and business needs.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across marketing, sales, and product teams.

Nice to Have:

  • Webflow development skills for building and managing landing pages.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  • Brief knowledge of UI/UX and web design practices.
  • An understanding of SEO and content-driven design.
