About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in QHSE management, with experience in developing and implementing QHSE strategies and policies. You will be responsible for coordinating and developing QHSE activities, building a QHSE mindset and competences in alignment with Alfa Laval's QHSE Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement QHSE strategies and policies
  • Coordinate and develop QHSE activities and projects
  • Build a QHSE mindset and competences in alignment with Alfa Laval's QHSE Strategy
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations
  • Drive continuous improvement in QHSE performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. mechanical engineering, occupational health and safety)
  • Leadership and management experience in QHSE
  • Certified diploma in industrial safety or advanced industrial safety
  • 15-17 years of experience in driving QHSE policies
  • Exposure to driving environment management programs and sustainability
  • Experience in handling multiple factories and project sites
  • Experience in continuous improvement tools (e.g. Six Sigma, Lean)
