Senior Graphic Designer Job Description

This role involves creating innovative design concepts for client projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional design work and possess a keen eye for detail.

  • The designer will develop creative solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution.
  • Collaboration with designers, copywriters, and strategists is essential to brainstorm and push boundaries in creative campaigns.
  • Presenting design ideas and work to stakeholders and decision-makers effectively communicating key takeaways and recommendations.
Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize smart, innovative, and diverse ideas for various client briefs.
  • Work with copywriters, producers, and strategists to brainstorm and push boundaries.
  • Visually develop great campaign work with the larger design team ensuring consistency and precision across all materials.
  • Present the team's ideas and work to stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Manage successful completion of integrated creative projects including print and digital elements.
  • Establish and communicate project schedules to deliver on time.
  • Adapt and refine layouts to align with project specifications and brand guidelines.
  • Implement design updates and changes ensuring precision and consistency.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Design at an advertising or marketing agency.
  • Proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, Acrobat Pro, Figma.
  • A well-curated work portfolio.
  • Experience presenting work to clients at meetings and receiving feedback.
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing teams handling high-volume requests.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
