Product Designer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated product designer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Concept Development: Assist in sketching new product concepts and refining design ideas.
  • 3D CAD Modelling: Develop 3D CAD models using design software.
  • Visualisation: Create high-quality renders to visualize product aesthetics and functionality.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure designs are manufacturable.
  • Prototyping and Testing: Assist in prototyping and testing to validate design concepts.
  • Research and Development: Conduct research on materials, ergonomics, and design trends to enhance product innovation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, Mechanical Design, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Autodesk Fusion 360, SolidWorks, Rhino, or similar).
  • Strong sketching and visualization skills.
  • Basic knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and prototyping techniques.
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with design tools like Fusion or Keyshot.
  • Hands-on experience with prototyping tools (3D printing, metal prototyping, etc.).
  • Passion for problem-solving and customer-centric design.
