About the Role
  • Technical Leadership: Foster growth and success by guiding a team of frontend developers to deliver high-quality code across multiple technologies.
  • Hands-on Development: Participate actively in coding, code reviews, and optimization tasks to ensure seamless integration with backend teams.
  • Technology Ownership: Develop broad expertise across frontend technologies and frameworks, evaluating tools and recommending improvements for productivity and performance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver High-Quality Code: Establish and enforce coding standards, testing strategies, and CI/CD pipelines to monitor application performance and implement optimizations.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with UX/UI teams to ensure seamless integrations and align on project goals.
  • Evaluate New Technologies: Demonstrate expertise in evaluating new tools, libraries, and frameworks to improve productivity and performance.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 6+ years of hands-on frontend development experience.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Strong command over React and React Native is essential.
  • Familiarity with Angular, Vue, Flutter, or Ionic is an added advantage.
