**Finlight Research India Pvt Ltd** is seeking a skilled Stock Market Sales Professional to join our team.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for converting leads into paying customers and identifying new business opportunities within the stock market industry.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Generate calls to potential customers to achieve sales targets
  • Help customers navigate the stock market with our team of research analysts
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and solutions to address client needs
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and leads in our CRM system
  • Follow up on sales leads and provide relevant information to clients
  • Build strong connections with new and existing clients to understand their needs and objectives
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals and negotiate terms to reach mutually beneficial agreements
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
  • Proven track record of success in B2C sales, preferably within the stock market or financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of stock market concepts and financial instruments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and driven to exceed targets while maintaining a customer-centric approach
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
