Senior Software Development Manager

As a Senior Software Development Manager, you will oversee and implement software systems end-to-end or for specific stages of the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for team decisions
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate teams and across multiple teams
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities
  • Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure adherence to deadlines
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies
  • Experience with system integration and configuration management
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues effectively
  • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices

The candidate should have at least 7.5 years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter and a minimum of 15 years full-time education required.
