Job Title: Certified Technician Expert

We are seeking a skilled technician to join our team as a certified expert in installation, commissioning, and customer support.

Responsibilities:
1. Installation and commissioning of equipment as per appointment and guidelines.
2. Demonstrating the advantages of HSI PPP to customers and explaining them clearly.
3. Supporting customers for upgrade solutions required in Home and Security.
4. Troubleshooting issues faced by customers at their premises.

Requirements:
Education: ITI or equivalent qualification.
Experience: 0-2 years of experience in the field.

Skills:
1. Ability to understand and explain problems along with solutions.
2. Good communication skills.
3. Ability to manage relationships and work in teams.
4. Customer-centric approach.
