Job Title:

Technical Project Lead

  • Facilitate requirement gathering sessions, translate business needs into actionable technical tasks.
  • Work on data processing pipelines and manage large-scale projects.
  • Write and optimize complex SQL queries, procedures, and database objects.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders—understand their expectations, capture requirements, and manage project lifecycle.
  • Track project status, manage risks and issues, and ensure alignment with timelines and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with development managers, leads, and QA teams to define schedules, allocate resources, and make key implementation decisions.
  • Contribute to design discussions, architecture reviews, and enforce coding standards and best practices.
  • Maintain clear and concise project documentation, status reports, and release plans.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of professional experience in Java development with strong backend system design exposure.
  • Expertise in Oracle SQL and relational databases; ability to write and optimize complex queries and procedures.
  • Experience with batch processing systems and knowledge of large-scale data processing frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of job scheduling tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in project tracking, delivery management, and coordinating across multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Proven ability to work in Agile or iterative delivery environments.
