Senior Operations Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Process Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing testing and conversion of accounting data from branch agency management system to central divisional systems, including data analysis and reconciliation of converted data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough testing and conversion of accounting data from branch agency management system to central divisional systems, ensuring accuracy and integrity of the data.
- Collaborate with internal development teams to test, implement and resolve production issues and new functionality.
- Develop and coordinate training and communication to finance and accounting users on new Epic functionality and reports.
- Maintain finance and accounting reports in agency management systems and ancillary reporting systems.
- Develop and maintain accounting system procedures and testing documentation.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including Indian Accounting, Fixed Assets, and Statutory Audit.
- Exposure to US GAAP is considered an added advantage.
- MBA – Finance, CA Inter, or any post-graduate in Finance qualification preferred.
