Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships with buyers and internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.\
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to procure high-quality materials and trims.\
  • Manage production schedules, quality parameters, and delivery timelines to meet business objectives.\
  • Create costing sheets and negotiate prices with buyers and suppliers to drive revenue growth.\
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation to support business decisions.\
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on trends, pricing, and buyer expectations.\
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and buyer compliance requirements.\
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.\\

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Textile Engineering, or a related field.\
  • Proven experience in garment merchandising, with a strong track record of success.\
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.\
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.\
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with ERP/MIS systems.\\
