Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and maintain robust and scalable back-end services that integrate seamlessly with our SQL databases
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing and deploying high-quality back-end services

- Assess existing codebase to identify high-risk areas and implement unit tests to mitigate risks and improve stability
- Optimize database performance by tuning stored procedures, triggers, and SQL queries
- Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues, ensuring data integrity and high availability

Requirements

- Strong background in C# and object-oriented programming
- Expertise in unit testing using NUnit and database design using SQL
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and coach less-experienced engineers
- Experience with Scrum & Agile methodologies and leading teams of at least five engineers
