Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing application hosting environments, ensuring high availability, and providing technical support.

Main Responsibilities
  • Environment Management: Install, configure, and maintain LIMS application environments, including database, application, report, and client tiers.
  • Monitoring & Incident Management: Monitor system performance, logs, and scheduled jobs to ensure high availability. Troubleshoot and resolve application hosting issues in coordination with infrastructure, DBA, and application teams.
  • User Access Management: Manage user provisioning, roles, and access rights in compliance with security policies.
  • Backup, Recovery & Compliance: Ensure regular backups and disaster recovery readiness for LIMS environments. Provide support for internal/external audits by maintaining SOPs and compliance records.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in installing, configuring, and maintaining cloud-based infrastructure, including databases, applications, and reporting tools.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
