Fuel System Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead the design, development, and integration of fuel system components for hybrid/electric vehicle programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Validation: Develop and validate fuel system components (pipes, tanks, pumps, valves, etc.) to ensure vehicle installation feasibility and compliance with powertrain functionality.
  • Supplier Management: Manage suppliers for timely delivery, quality compliance, and technical support to ensure seamless program delivery.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering teams, stakeholders, and suppliers for design releases and issue resolution.
  • Technical Documentation: Prepare and present technical documents/reports to stakeholders, including PCDS, eAPQP, and EBER systems.

Requirements:

  • 6–9 years in fuel system component design/development.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle installation and powertrain requirements.
  • Experience in supplier management and cross-functional communication.
  • Familiarity with PCDS, eAPQP, and EBER delivery systems.
  • Hands-on experience with 3DX CAD tools.
