At our organization, we're looking for a skilled and analytical Data Analyst who can leverage their advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Macros/VBA) and SQL to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have experience in remarketing and digital funnel analysis, with a focus on optimizing digital campaigns, improving conversion rates, and delivering actionable insights to support customer acquisition and retention strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute data-driven strategies to optimize digital marketing funnels, identify drop-offs, and improve user behavior trends.
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills, including Macros and VBA, to create complex data models, pivot tables, and reports that drive business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and measure campaign performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Design and automate dashboards and reports to provide real-time visibility into campaign effectiveness and funnel metrics.
  • Analyze performance across Google Ads, Meta, and CRM tools to inform remarketing strategies and improve targeting, personalization, and re-engagement tactics.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, Business Intelligence, or related field.
  • 4+ years' experience as a Data Analyst with a focus on digital marketing analytics.
  • Expert-level Excel skills, including Macros and VBA.
  • Strong SQL skills for managing complex datasets.
  • Experience in remarketing performance analysis and funnel optimization.
  • Ability to present data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
