As a Senior Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial health of our eCommerce business. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee all accounting functions, ensuring timely and accurate record-keeping, cash flow management, and inventory control.

Duties:

  • Deliver regular profit and loss reports, providing insightful analysis and recommendations for business growth.
  • Conduct thorough cash flow forecasts, identifying areas of improvement and opportunities for optimization.
  • Manage bills and settlement reports from external companies, ensuring seamless transactions and minimizing disputes.
  • Maintain an up-to-date general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and accurately track sales tax liabilities, ensuring compliance with US regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting or a related field.
  • Proven experience in accounting for eCommerce or retail businesses, with a strong understanding of financial software and systems.
