About the Role
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Collect data from various sources such as CRM, event registrations, sponsor reports, and feedback forms.
  • Insight Generation: Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and correlations that support business strategy.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with leadership, content, and sales teams to provide actionable insights that inform decision-making.
  • Data Quality: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across all touchpoints.
  • Innovation: Experiment with predictive models to forecast leader turnout, sponsorship success, and community growth.
Your Qualifications
  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in B2B, SaaS, events, or community businesses.
  • Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI/Looker Studio).
  • Critical Thinking: Strong ability to translate raw data into simple, visual insights that inform business decisions.
  • Attention to Detail: Hands-on experience with data cleaning and handling large datasets.
  • Curious Mindset: Curiosity to go beyond the numbers—ask the right questions and challenge assumptions.
  • Bonus Skills: Knowledge of analytics platforms, HubSpot/Zoho CRM, or event-tech platforms.
