Job Title: Automation Costing Specialist

Are you a seasoned professional with expertise in automation systems and costing? Do you have a passion for delivering high-quality results and leading teams to success?

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automation Costing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all activities related to panel costing, ensuring accurate and timely final costing.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of automation products, including PLCs, Drives, CNC systems, DCS, PCS, Electrical Panels, and Instrumentation Panels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all activities related to panel costing, ensuring accurate and timely final costing.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of automation products, automation systems (PLC, Drives, CNC, DCS, PCS), electrical and instrumentation panels.
  • Take ownership of costing tasks and deliverables while leading a team of engineers.
  • Conduct technical discussions with clients, internal teams, and vendors to finalize requirements, configurations, and costs.
  • Provide regular status reports to management regarding costing, progress, and potential issues.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in automation, electrical panels, and switchgear.
  • Ensure precise and competitive all type of panel costing, in all sectors.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of automation products and systems.
  • Proficiency in panel costing and project costing.
  • Experience with PLC, Drives, DCS, PCS, and instrumentation panels.
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team.
  • Excellent technical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle technical discussions and negotiations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Candidate should be proactive, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
