Job Title: Oracle BRM Specialist

Description:

As a seasoned expert in Oracle Business Rules Management (BRM), you will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing innovative business solutions utilizing the full potential of Oracle BRM technology.

  • Mandatory Skills:
  • Programming expertise in C, C++ and Java technologies.
  • Proven experience with C/C++, Oracle 12c/19c, PL/SQL, PCM Java, BRM Webservice, Perl/Python scripting languages.
  • Ability to execute data migration and validation processes.
  • Proficiency in developing Migration strategy documents and techniques.
  • Capacity to conduct data integrity testing post migration.

Key Responsibilities:

Familiarity with all BRM modules (Subscription Management, Billing & Invoicing, Payments & Account Receivable, Collections, Integration). Understanding requirements and translating them into functional and low-level designs.

Requirements:

  • 6-14 years of industry experience working on BRM/ECE/PDC with strong domain knowledge of BSS/OSS.
  • Hands-on experience as a BRM developer in the past, with the ability to verify solution sanity using POCs/prototypes.
  • Exposure to customer implementations for two or more BRM projects.
  • Policymaking customization using PCM C or PCM Java, writing MTAs.

Desirable Functional/Technical Skills:

  • Domain knowledge in RODOD, Pre-paid, Post-paid Billing areas for Broadband/Wireless Voice/SMS/Data service providers.
  • Knowledge of working with BRM CNE is desired.
  • Experience working in waterfall or Agile/Scrum or iterative model projects and flexibility to work in a DevOps environment.
