We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Health Economics and Outcomes Research Associate.

Job Description

This role involves providing scientific and methodological expertise for observational database analytics and evidence synthesis with minimal supervision. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing study designs, data source identification, protocol development, statistical analysis, and interpretation.
  • Executing RWE studies/analyses by SAS based on claim databases, EMR databases, registry data, and public used files.
  • Generating high-quality deliverables such as data tables, graphs, charts, and study reports.
  • Managing studies/analyses to ensure timelines are met and stakeholders are informed of project status.
  • Communicating research findings internally and externally.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in statistics, biostatistics, epidemiology, or related fields. Proficiency in programming languages like SAS, SQL, and R is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential for this role.

Requirements

To be successful in this position, candidates must have:

  • A Master's degree in statistics, biostatistics, epidemiology, health economics and outcomes research, health policy, or similar field.
  • At least 2 years' experience in observational data studies.
  • Strong programming skills with SAS, SQL, and R.
  • Excellent communication and study management skills.
