About the JobWe are seeking a highly skilled Plumbing Systems Designer and Fire Safety Expert to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Design Plumbing Systems: Develop and design water supply, sewerage, drainage, medical gas, and LPG/NG systems, including necessary hydraulic calculations and detailed layouts.
- Fire Fighting Systems Design: Design sprinkler systems, fire hydrant systems, fire pump and tank systems, and perform hydraulic calculations using Elite software.
- Swimming Pool & Water Feature Design: Prepare design layouts for swimming pools and water features.
- Project Oversight & Team Leadership: Supervise, guide, and review the work of the design team to ensure quality, completeness, and accuracy.
- Resource Allocation & Budgeting: Efficiently allocate resources, manage project timelines, and ensure design outputs are delivered on schedule.
- Collaboration & Coordination: Work with multi-disciplinary teams and coordinate across functions to ensure seamless project execution.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and ensure compliance with internal QA/QC procedures and relevant engineering standards (both national and international).
