About the Role:

We're seeking a highly creative and self-driven producer to create captivating content that builds viewership and subscriber growth on YouTube.

This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes YouTube, knows what works (and what doesn't), and is obsessed with crafting thumb-stopping videos that balance storytelling, trends, and SEO.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create original video concepts tailored to the brand's niche and audience.
  2. Craft compelling scripts that combine storytelling, education, and entertainment - optimized for viewer retention.
  3. Lead the end-to-end video production process from ideation to execution, including scripting, filming, editing oversight, and publishing.
  4. Coordinate with editors, designers, voiceover artists, and other collaborators to ensure on-time, high-quality video delivery.
  5. Develop clickbait titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails to optimize YouTube performance.
  6. Analyze video metrics and retention analytics to make data-backed decisions to improve future content.

Qualifications:

  1. 3+ years of experience in video content creation or digital storytelling, preferably for YouTube.
  2. Strong scriptwriting and storytelling skills.
  3. A deep understanding of YouTube's algorithm, SEO, analytics, and audience psychology.
  4. Familiarity with tools like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Notion, Frame.io, etc.
  5. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and iterative environment.
