Meta Ads Manager Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Meta Ads Manager to join our team.

As a key member of our performance marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth through Meta ad campaigns on Facebook & Instagram.

You will work closely with clients to understand their goals and objectives, and then develop tailored ad campaigns to meet those needs. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will enable you to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

Your expertise in campaign structures, audiences, and bidding strategies will also ensure that you can scale campaigns profitably and manage them effectively.

In addition to your technical skills, excellent communication and presentation skills are essential to present insights to clients and stakeholders.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest Meta ad features, trends, and policies, and who is committed to delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute Meta ad campaigns for multiple brands
  • Scale campaigns profitably and manage them effectively
  • Generate performance reports and present insights to clients
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams for campaign success
  • Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and funnels
  • Stay updated with Meta's latest ad features, trends, and policies
  • Ensure client satisfaction through consistent communication and performance delivery

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of hands-on experience in Meta Ads (agency experience preferred)
  • Proven track record of scaling brand campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of campaign structures, audiences, and bidding strategies
