We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer to lead our highway design team in Bengaluru/Noida. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering projects from feasibility to planning and construction, ensuring successful project delivery through collaborative teamwork and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop highway engineering designs and construction drawings for various UK schemes using relevant standards.
- Supervise project teams in the production of feasibility studies, detail design, and construction drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
- Carry out technical reviews and checking design work carried out by other team members.
- Manage projects to programme and budget, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Liaise with clients and discuss technical solutions in the delivery of civil engineering to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or post-graduate degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent with 6+ years post-graduate experience in highway design.
- Advanced level proficiency in relevant design software such as Civil 3D, Open Roads, MX, PDS/Key Line, and AutoCAD.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce technical specifications and reports.
- Experience of work package management, resource management, and liaison with clients, co-professionals, and design teams.
Desired Skills:
- Project management and financial management skills.
