Job Title
We are seeking a Strategic Administrative Professional to join our team. This dynamic individual will oversee all administrative functions and human resources activities within the organization, ensuring seamless operations and excellent employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Management: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, manage job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring processes.
- Employee Onboarding: Conduct comprehensive new employee orientations and ensure proper onboarding procedures are in place.
- Administrative Team Management: Lead and coordinate the activities of administrative staff, ensuring smooth office functioning and efficient workflows.
- Payroll and Benefits Administration: Manage payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Policies and Procedures: Develop, implement, and maintain office policies and procedures, aligning with legal requirements and best practices.
- Office Operations: Oversee office supplies, equipment, and facilities maintenance, ensuring a productive work environment.
- Employee Relations: Resolve conflicts, disciplinary actions, and terminations in a fair and professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Skillset: Excellent organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills; strong communication skills; high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Aptitude: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, handle sensitive information with discretion, and demonstrate knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and best practices in HR and administration.
