Cloud Data Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop cloud-based data processing systems using AWS or Azure.
  • Develop and maintain large-scale data pipelines using Apache Beam, Spark, or similar technologies.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand data requirements and design optimal data architectures.
  • Work with DevOps engineers to ensure smooth deployment and monitoring of data processing systems.
  • Identify and resolve complex technical issues related to data processing, storage, and retrieval.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering, software development, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker).
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
  • Experience with data processing frameworks like Apache Beam, Spark, or Flink.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
